It's an old puzzle, being widespread around the world (It's called Turkish Wedding ring some places, in Hungary an university gives such a ring to graduates, and so on), but Hanayama made it worth buying. The material is very smooth and durable, it also looks great asembled. It has a tendency of falling apart easily, so you'd better learn the solution before you put it in a bag for example (where it WILL fall apart). However, the solution is quite simple to learn and fast to execute, but it is much more harder to find it. I bought this because I love challenges. It was for an hour and a half. It fell into "put me back the way you got me mode"when I un-did the twist ties. The challenge was on.
