"High Security" Series II with art by Thomas Barbèy.
"Ludwig II was a hopeless dreamer who had a hard time with real life. He had the castle of Neuschwanstein built in Bavaria. The castle is now perched over Honk Kong in this particular montage. There is a contrast between the new and the ancient, the noble and the common people, the top and the bottom. But mostly, this represents the paranoia of being safe to the extreme, such as the "Howard Hughes syndrome of safety concerns". Is the top necessarily better? Not if your mental health is a bit shaky...." - Thomas Barbèy
