With three distinct colored plated finish, this metal puzzle won’t be as hard as splitting an atom. The goal is to take all three pieces apart and free the nucleus. When you’re done you need to put it back together. This is a stunning puzzle with a striking visual effect and a very elegant solution. Can also be used as a decorative object. The designer, Doug Engel, and president of GSI Puzzleatomic, has a knack for beautiful puzzles, as the Yin Yang puzzle can certainly prove it. The puzzle is produced by our own brand, PuzzleMaster.

Same here - the puzzle solution does not match the pieces, which were cut very differently than the way each was described.
OK, so I used the necessary force to take it apart, and now the puzzle is so loose that it almost falls apart after re-assembly. Still looks pretty tho.
What a beautiful puzzle! Surely there is a trick to use in order to take the pieces apart, but I think it is part of the fun. And there could be different ways to proceed after this trick, most of them are not that elegant. So, try to find a beautiful solution once you do the "trick" in order to have fun while solving it.
Though this puzzle is very artistic and scientifically inspired, the solution is not elegant since force is required to start the solution process. The metal finish is plated on each piece and will likely show wear after moderate use. Despite these shortcomings, it is a nice addition to my puzzle collection.
This puzzle may seem difficult only if you are not aware that FORCE is needed to remove the first piece. The finish of the metal parts are also far from perfect. However, the "scientific" design and a very affordable price makes it an attractive item to buy. Looks really nicely on my puzzle shelf.
Puzzle solution does not match the puzzle pieces' orientation to each other. Have emailed PuzzleMaster and informed them of this glitch. They said they will look into the matter, and get back to me. As of now, still haven't been able to disassemble the puzzle.
