Missing Notch is a devilishly difficult puzzle, and the only one in the RP series that is more difficult than #306. The goal is to make the standard six piece burr shape. Five of the pieces are identical, with internal notches and two external angled notches. The sixth piece looks the same, but is missing one of the external notches. It's easy to see how the puzzle would go together with coordinate motion if all twelve angled notches were present. Can you figure out how to do it dispite the missing notch?
Raleigh Puzzles is a new line intended for the beginner collector. Perhaps one who is tired of the low quality import puzzles but not yet ready to make the leap into limited edition, high end puzzles. They are hand made in the USA using the same techniques as our cubicdissection puzzles, but in higher volume and without any lacquer finish.
