Product Info

Wood colors vary.

The ninth box in the Puzzle Box series from Siebenstein-Spiele, this puzzle is the largest. There are four sliders, one on each side of the box that move independently of each other.  Also called the Laby Box, the name might give you a clue as to how the box opens.

Made in laser-cut wood and acrylic by Siebenstein-Spiele. Based in Munster, Germany, Siebenstein-Spiele was founded in 1992. Although the company is mainly known for board games, Siebenstein-Spiele also makes many wooden puzzles, several of which have been designed by company founder Jürgen Reiche.

Good puzzle with a unique maze design. The experience was frustrating due to internal pieces not being glued in properly. The glue had come loose, and 3 of the 4 internal walls that were meant to prevent the player from seeing through the maze from one side to the other, had come loose. This made the puzzle a lot easier and honestly more enjoyable, except for the fact that the dislodged pieces blocked the track from moving up and down. I ended up determining that I was forced to use an external tool to maneuver the pieces back into their position and then handle with extreme care in order to complete the puzzle and remove the broken pieces.
