There are two Gigaminxes on the market: Cube4You and MF8. So what's the difference? MF8 Gigaminx turns better, but costs $25 more. It also comes with the stickers unapplied... unlike this, which has the stickers already on it. This puzzle can pop pieces, so don't play with it over a grate. And yes, it's basically a 5x5x5 Megaminx. However, it has no edge parity. Other 5-layer puzzles include this, the 5x5x5 cube, and the Professor Pyraminx. All are excellent updates on more simple puzzles.
This puzzle is fun, but sometimes is very frustrating. It turns pretty well with two layers, but not as well with one layer. This is a great puzzle to get, but I would only recommend it if you know how to solve a megaminx.
