In this refreshed expansion (2025) for Carcassonne, the city is under attack. Invest meeple to strengthen the defense posts and score points. But if you contribute too little, you might have to give up a feature. 

DEFEND THE CITY UNDER SIEGE: Introduces new mechanics where players must invest meeples to strengthen defense posts during attacks.
BALANCE RISK & REWARD: Contribute to the defense to earn points—but if you offer too little support, you may lose valuable features.
NEW TILES & COMPONENTS: Expansion includes 18 land tiles, 2 fortress tiles, 3 catapults, and 12 standard meeples for enhanced gameplay.
