Plumber's Nightmare is a multi-challenge sliding-piece puzzle that draws inspiration from the classic Thinkfun Rush Hour puzzle, created by Nob Yoshigahara. The puzzle features seven pieces that slide within a square grid, each piece consisting of two squares connected by a bridge. These bridges vary in height and orientation, adding complexity to the puzzle. It was designed by Oskar van Deventer. George Miller 3D-printed its first prototype. Jimmy Stephens developed a large set of computer-generated challenges.
