Product Info

This puzzle has been produced exclusively for Puzzle Master by Pelikan.

A complex burr puzzle that is made with burr sticks assembled into a cube design.  With 37 moves to remove the first piece, it is probably best for more experienced puzzlers.  As always the greater challenge is to reassemble the puzzle when you are done.

This puzzle was crafted in Europe with absolutely fantastic quality.  Every piece of the puzzle is precisely cut and very well made.

Difficulty: 62 Moves (37.10.4.1.1.2.2.1.1.2)  The brackets indicate the breakdown of moves to free each piece sequentially.
Material: Cherry and Dark Oak
Designed by: Stephan Baumegger.

When I first bought this, it seemed very chaotic and confusing. I wasn't able to identify or designate any of the pieces as a sort of reference point. It seemed impossible to solve. I put it away and worked on other puzzles, including easier burr puzzles. And then recently, I picked it up again, and it seems the experience I had gained in the interval helped. The structure of it was very complex to me at certain points, but I eventually got it apart anyway, somehow. Spent many hours on it. ...The craftsmanship is amazing. The wood used is beautiful. And the design is very interesting.
