Had to cheat because I wanted to know if I’m opening right? I was. But so warped couldn’t open it had to use knifed to loosen it. And the two pacific pieces you grab to pull as well. Still worked enough would not budge. Used knifed and pliers till pulled out breaking it…. Hate worded wood happened before from other company worked wood! So now I glue shave and try to remake it!! Sad!
