Note: Our level rating system is different than Hanayama's.  Hanayama's level 1 is equivalent to our level 5.... level 6 is equivalent to our level 10.

This puzzle is called infinity not only for its appearance, but also because its movement continues endlessly until the 3 pieces are taken apart. Don't let the simple look fool you, solving this puzzle will entertain you for hours.

I bought this puzzle thinking I could do it but I was wrong. I got it apart somehow, but I can't seem to get it back together. The non infinity piece keeps coming out and I've just about lost it with this I've watched many videos on it too and I just can't grasp it.

This one took me a little over a week to solve... & I've still yet to get it back together after over a year of periodically attempting it. One day... lol

Very fun, challenging puzzle. Even after solving once, I still pick it up and have fun trying again!

It’s great I really enjoy this puzzle i wish it was smoother but that just adds to the difficulty I’d rate it a 6-10 it’s not hard but it’s time consuming to take it apart and put it back together. The fun part is not keeping track of what side you had up or down even though it has lettering on one side lol. It’s cheap yet challenging it’s a great buy for people getting into puzzles.

This puzzle is so much fun once you figure out how to solve it. It's also really funny watching people try to figure it out.

A very simple puzzle. I solved it in 15-20 minutes. Unfortunately, "infinity" only refers to design. But technically you cannot do something wrong, you either move forward or backward. There is no way to go wrong or get stuck in infinity. I would put it at 3 out of 10, or a maximum of 4 out of 10. Nevertheless, the solution was interesting. Recommend.

Beautiful fit and finish on this work of art. I thoroughly enjoyed this puzzle. It took about an hour to take apart and half hour to put back together.

Concept is amazing, although it was a tad easy. Shouldn't be a level 10 (More of a 7) as the Cast Hourglass was way harder, but still pretty fun to play with. A fascinating puzzle nevertheless.

This is a well made puzzle - the casting is great, as is the finish. But it is not a terribly difficult puzzle. In fact, at any stage, there are at most two possible moves - one that moves you toward the solution, and one that reverses your previous move. If you pay attention at all to your moves, you are guaranteed to find the solution. And if you pay attention to more than your last move, the solution becomes intuitive after solving it once. It took me about ten minutes to solve the first time, taking it slowly and tracking my moves in writing; after my first solution, I can do it without looking at it or thinking all that much. Still, it's good for fidgeting, and makes a rather pretty desk toy.

This puzzle looks and feels really nice. It's quite easy to manipulate and can fit in your pocket. Also it's really cool to fidget around with. Concerning the solution, I quite like it. It is not really the kind of "try and repeat" you have with some Hanayama because here there's only one move you can do for each step. Either you go to the next step or you go back to the previous step. Some people may dislike that but it's not my case. If you can understand how this puzzle works the solution in quite easy to find, took me like 10 minutes to figure it out. Reassembling the puzzle is also not really difficult if you understand how it works. Definitely not a level 10 but still enjoyable !

This puzzle looks so simple at first - until you realize that every move you make sets you back in another way. I can see this being a lot of fun for a long time to come. If you love challenging puzzles this one is for you.

A new Hanayama level 6 puzzle. This should keep me busy for a while I thought. Maybe five minutes later, I was done. The difficulty level of this puzzle is WAY overrated. This really should be a Hanayama level 1 or 2 at best and I'm not exaggerating. Most of the solution time was spent figuring out how to move the two pieces. From the starting position, only one move is possible. From then on there is always just two possible moves, one of which is to simply undo the previous move. Yes, at each step there is always exactly one possible way forward and following that way leads you directly to the solution. The moves fall into an obvious repetitive pattern too. As I was solving this, I was thinking there has got to be more to this than just repeating the same thing over and over. Surely there must be some traps and tricks required but nope, no tricks. Just press on repeating the same moves until you are done. I took stars off on the rating simply because the claimed difficulty level is absurd On the positive side the puzzle is very well made. There is nothing wrong with the puzzle. It's just not a tough one. For those wanting a difficult puzzle, I would recommend the Enigma puzzle as the hardest of the Hanayama puzzles. Even more difficult is the Yak puzzle. It is a wire disentanglement puzzle with only three pieces. It doesn't sound like much but it is diabolical. The solution path is extremely hard to find.

In years past I would have taken much longer to solve, but I am beginning to think like the designers after collecting just about every difficult Hanayama puzzle that exists. This one is definitely a challenge even now, and is already one of my favorites. Nice crafting and aesthetic feel, and the concept is similar to Cylinder for solving, which is also a favorite. I had to wait a couple of weeks to get it in the mail, and was excited to get it during a frozen day in North Dakota, with winds at 40 MPH and actual temps down to -15 degrees F. Can't lose with this puzzle, it is a must for any serious Hanayama fan.

Indeed solving the puzzle looks simple once you do it. I don't believe this puzzle is level 6 (10 here) difficulty. It is not harder than Cast Cylinder, for example. I like it though, because if one doesn't go "infinitely", they'll just give up one of the most satisfying solutions.
