Product Info

This puzzle, designed by Traiphum Prungtaengkit, is a hybrid of face-turning and vertex-turning tetrahedron.

We have been prepared this cube for more than half year. This long waiting cube turns smooth, in pillow shape with 8-armed ball core. The goal is to scramble the puzzle and then restore each face to it's original colour. Thanks for the brilliant design of Traiphum.
PS: the 8-armed ball core also fits for modifying the mosaic cube.

I own one of these and am a little shocked to see it labeled as a level 8 difficulty! I've never come across an easier puzzle - in fact, I have a hard time even calling it a puzzle. This could be a great starter puzzle I guess. For someone that's never solved puzzles, sure. But for someone that's solved a fair number of em, no. It's possible I just don't understand how to scramble it properly - if that's the case then I'd love to know what I'm doing wrong bc as far as I can tell it's just a matter of turning each of the 4 pyramids sides as well as twisting the corners. If there's more to it, I've not yet figured it out.
