Empire

Empire is a striking 11-piece burr puzzle designed by Jorgos Anastasou and crafted by Pelikan Puzzles. Inspired by the concept of unity and strength, the name “Empire” reflects both the puzzle’s architectural design—reminiscent of the Empire State Building—and the idea of many pieces coming together as one.

This puzzle begins with a subtle, concealed move that sets off a surprisingly tricky sequence. While the first piece comes out after just five moves, the next step requires serious focus and persistence. With a disassembly level of 5.7.1.2.3.2.2.2.1.2, the structure stays satisfyingly stable through much of the solve.

Reassembly is quite a task—challenging to say the least. The blend of elegant woods and clever construction makes Empire as visually impressive as it is engaging. A fantastic addition for burr lovers and collectors alike.
