Handcrafted in Germany by Jean Claude Constantin, the Hundehaus is a precision-cut wooden packing puzzle that combines natural aesthetics with a high level of geometric difficulty. The objective is straightforward: fit all ten canine-shaped pieces into the designated doghouse frame.

The Challenge

While the goal is simple, the execution is not. The puzzle includes 10 unique dogs, each laser-cut from different varieties of wood. Because each dog features a distinct silhouette—ranging from tall and slender to short and stout—you must find the specific orientation and sequence that allows every piece to lay flush within the tray.
