This stunning set features six fine-quality puzzles: four have been designed by Juha Levonen and two by Georg Pfäffinger.
The Juha Cubes #2, 8, 12, and 19 are part of the Juha Cubes series, which was started by Juha Levonen in the 1990s. All feature pieces that must be rotated once inserted. This type of movement cannot be tracked by typical solving programs like BurrTools.
The Geronimo and Coshise puzzles are both designed by Georg Pfäffinger.
All puzzles are made in Samena wood and include Philos' trademark cover, which displays the solved puzzle while still holding the pieces together. Philos is a German puzzle manufacturer that started in 1996 as a manufacturer and distributor of toys. They make a wide variety of wooden puzzles, as well as some less common strategy games, playing cards, and dice.

This is a truly luxurious puzzle set comprising six masterpieces. They range from somewhat possible (I was able to solve Juha 2 in about an hour) to mind boggling (I can't see how anyone could solve Geronimo, but even just taking it apart and putting it back together with the instructions - which still took half an hour to figure out! - was a very satisfying experience). I've only tried to tackle those two so far but I'm already very satisfied with this purchase. The box is very heavy and the puzzle cubes are large and satisfying in your hands. They are beautifully precision crafted. You get a lot of puzzle for your money with this dazzling collection. Terrific!
