I was very excited about this item when I purchased it. It is reasonably well made, is nice and weighty, and feels great in the hand as well as looks amazing on the desk/shelf. Despite other reviews I've read on this product, I found that the letter wheels interact with each other flawlessly. I also love how easy it is to change the passcode -- a huge plus for this over other similar models. My only criticisms are that I wish the letter wheels were made of something of higher quality then soft plastic, and I also feel it is slightly overpriced with similar items going for around $70 CDN. Having said all of that, I have no buyer's remorse on this product, and the cool factor is 11 out of 10. If you're interested in a cryptex I can definitely recommend to this one.
