Auldey Q-BORG is a cartoon movie released in 2012. It features 4 young cubers who have an adventure to save the future. A series of 3x3x3 cube and this Bullet Puzzle were then released.

Amongst them, this Bullet Puzzle is the most interesting one with unique design. It can be pushed up and down, turning clockwise and anti-clockwise. A lot of fun to play with.
