The Lattice Cube is co-designed by Katsuhiko Okamoto & Grégoire Pfennig. Originally designed by Okamoto san, and drawings by Grégoire.
The challenge is to scramble the cube and then restore each of the faces to their original colours.
The cube turns smooth, and is fun to play with.

Non standard colour scheme: check Sharp corners that hurt your fingers when solving: check Difficulty in turning corners: check Intuitive solve for a level 9 puzzle: check This is basically a higher order dino cube, and as you may know, the dino cube is just about the easiest non-trivial twisty puzzle there is. Fun puzzle to pick up and solve when you have a few minutes of free time, but I would only recommend getting this one for your collection. It looks great on the shelf!
