These booklets are produced in Hungary by hand in limited editions; their contents are made of laser cut wood.
In this puzzle, the aim of the game is to create empty spaces of the right shape. Often this is more difficult than if the filled shapes were specified. Compose a pentagram shaped-hole, and after it a hexagram-shaped hole!
Mathematics has long been concerned with the dissection of different polygonal areas, and many puzzles have been made in this form. Dissecting empty holes is an underexplored area. THis game is the first in the book puzzles series to deal with this topic.
