There are 1000's of shapes that can be made with the 15 puzzle pieces...
There's more to it than that - once you've made the cube, there are more shapes to make, like towers, animals, walls and letters... The fun goes on...
Challenging but not impossible. You're not going to give up because success is always around the corner.

I am hoping that my review will give a unique perspective on this puzzle as I am blind but still love puzzles. I bought the mini, but I feel much of this review is relevant to both versions. If you are a fan of Soma Cube and similar puzzles, this is an excellent addition to your collection. In addition to the 7 Soma pieces, the set includes: -Straight Tricube -Square Tetracube -W and X Pentacubes -The 4 non-planar pentacubes created by adding a cube to a t tetracube. I cannot comment on the appearance of the pieces, but the seem to be made out of solid, if lightweight wood and have a nice, woodgrain texture. Best I can tell, the individual cubies of the mini are the same size as the plastic Soma cubes that are sold under the name Block-by-bloack(~19 mm), which is nice because it means I can mix-and-match pieces between my Dee cube and my 3 plastic Soma cubes for building larger shapes. The Mini doesn't include the challenges that come with the full-sized version, but that isn't much of a lost for a blind solver. Do be aware that the mini comes shrink wrapped with no means of storage.
